Not only did I not get the blankets AND the dolly I ordered in the truck, but the return process was terrible. I was told that I have to take the truck back to the same location I obtained it even though that originally was not a problem. I didn't view this as a major issue however that was until I arrived at the location to return it and found that the gates were closed and not 24 hours. The following day was also a holiday and the gates would have been closed. This essentially meant that I would get charged more for keeping the truck because of poor communication on their part. It took me standing at the gate for an hour in order to convince someone to grab the manager who ultimately let me put the truck back without a further issue. I have no issues with the manager, but the service provided was terrible and not up to par, if I could avoid U-Haul I happily would.
