Time to shut it down at this branch. If your employees don’t want to work why have them there? I was alone in line pick up took 20 minutes they gave me a truck that was on empty and told me to fill it up. Not an appropriate start to give a client an empty truck. The truck was parked in a very difficult space to get a 15ft vehicle out in an alley. I came back in to ask them to pay for the gas as it was literally on empty they told me I can have store credit at the shell gas station if I did? At drop off again no room to park the car as all Spots were taken and the guy said fold the blankets or I will penalize when the women told me to leave them in the back of the truck. They could truly care less about being there and I don’t blame them. Send a manager in and see what their experience is as a customer. Continually telling the clients to get on the app does not work at this location as there is no one to help. Would truly tell people to not go near there other than it’s a gas station in a good location. Angry and unprofessional people who lie.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe pickup location was in a very narrow alleyway that was extremely difficult to exit without damaging the surroundings. Additionally, I was extorted $15 from the gas station who threatened to tow my car because I left it in the same spot where I picked up the UHaul.
Mark KWell, the first attendant did his best but English is not his native language, so he was a little gruff and could use some people skills, but to his credit he got the job done when I picked up the van… and the other attendant was most kind and helpful when I returned the van.. kudos to him!!!
