Windshield was very dirty

Rental box truck was dirty. Steering wheel and console were sticky and I was never told that this rental came with moving pads so I reserved a dozen pads when booking truck which I never even used. I returned truck with a cleaner than when I received it. Also I took employee about not using 12 pads ( returned exactly how I got them) and she ignored me completely and went and charged me anyway. I would not rent from here again or refer anyone else to rent from this location . I intend on contacting corporate about this experience .

The attached furniture dolly and large bag were in the way at the end of the move. We had to get a final wide item in and it would not fit because of these items. It was very irritating having those strapped in when we did not need them and knowing we would be charged if we cut them out.

Quick and Easy. In and out when picking up in 10 minutes max. Truck was clean and drove well. No problems here.

Parking brake light and alarm beeped and flashed continously when truck was running. The only way to get it to stop was to turn the truck off and restart it. Then it would run for several miles and the beeping and flashing would start again. We reported this when we turned the truck in, so hopefully it will be fixed.

This facility made the best of the ridiculously poor reservation and pick up experience. They credited me for the pads that the Staten Island facility did not provide. I would rent from this facility again (as I have done in the past).

Staff was extremely helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, this company (that's worth 3.8 billion according to Forbes) hasn't spent any money on updating their computer systems. I had checked in online but still had to wait 45min because every PC was down and couldn't process my order. Running Windows7 in 2018 should be a crime and your staff shouldn't have to deal with that headache. The whole thing made UHaul look cheap and unreliable. But, again, the staff was friendly and helpful.

If you're going to charge someone an extra $1000 for a rental compared to 2 months prior, and I paid a total of $3200 for a 28 hour rental, why is it that important to add an additional charge for fuel service? Talk about ripping off customers.
