Your attendant failed to guide me properly when backing up to hitch up the trailer and caused me to bend my license plate. The excuse was they assumed everyone had a backup camera now, I do not. This type of careless assumptions could have caused greater damage or even a safety concern. It should be corrected.

The time I got there was about 4:30 there was a-line up of customers, and only two employees, wait time was a little long but due to Covid restrictions one has to expect that and the time period probably played into it also. Attendants where very pleasant and helpful.

Send an email with the km on the odometer to the renter when they take it off the lot. When the km were added up I felt there was no way I drove the truck that far, and checking non google that seems to check out, so I felt ripped off even though it was only really a $10 difference. It would be just a small thing to send with the contract to help customer satisfaction as it made me not want to come back even though it might have been accurate. I know it was my responsibility but I am sure I'm not the only reaction like that you will get so sending the starting km on the odometer out to the renter might help keep people feel more satisfied.

My truck was made available to me 7 hours later than I had booked it, with no explanation provided from either the pick-up location or from 1 800 GO UHAUL. The availability of a moving truck was very reasonably the basis for all my moving plans which had been made far in advance, and forced me to push all my plans back a day and made me unable to actually move in at my destination. My family have deemed this to be "the worst move we've ever experienced". This was, understandably, supremely frustrating and expensive for me.

Stop changing equipment and locations at the last minute when someone makes a reservation. More communication when changes are made would also be more helpful.

The online system was down and I had to wait 45 min into my scheduled time to get someone at the counter to help me. They didn't offer to extend the time, but did accommodate a little when I asked. The worst was when my son left his phone in the truck and I was calling the location to ask them to look before it was rented out again (they told me it was to be rented immediately after me). I tried to get them not to not put me on hold about 7 times but the staff person wouldn't just talk to me. It took me over an hour to get through to someone, who looked in the truck (that apparently wasn't rented out right after me bc it was still there...as late as an hour and a half after I was told was the latest I could bring it back?) and found the phone. I was grateful for him. The rest of the experience was not fantastic. The truck was good though

This was a awful experience. My rental was booked to start at 930, the vehicle was not yet back. I was told to come at 10. I waited for 45 more minutes and finally got the rental truck over an hour and a half late. I booked 10 moving blankets and got none. There were several people who did not get what they had booked. In order to have a company that uses vehicles (that need maintenance and people may be late returning), there needs to be an excess in vehicles so if you book and are confirmed you actually will get a vehicle. So disappointed with this experience and would not recommend the use of this company.

I stood in line waiting my turn to check out my rental when another customer jumped in front of me ad I was dealing with an employee there and interrupted us and ask the employee for some assistance instead of asking him to wait until we were done our business the employee stopped our transaction and served the other customer before me very unprofessional rude and completely unsatisfactory.

Booked on-line, then completed the on-line check in. Was asked all the same information in person at time of pick-up. The on-line process was a waste of time if required to do it all again.

Drove to S'toon from Regina on Apr 17th to move furniture from S'toon to Regina one way. U Haul's system had been 'hacked' no one phoned us, no vehicles could be leased, drive back to Regina after arrangements to store furniture. Drove to S'toon on the 24th, U Haul accommodated us with basically a free truck - awesome! Drove to Regina, next day went to return the truck at the Regina Broad St U Haul, they said they could not take the truck, could not understand our return document. Went to Regina Park St U Haul, waited half an hour, they said they could not take the truck there either, could not confirm our documents, sent us to a third location Hill Consulting on Cameron St, they took the truck no problem, couldn't figure out why the other U Haul locations would not take the truck. If you are returning a U Haul to Regina go to Hill Consulting, they are great!

The service at the location is excellent. But I had a very bad experience with the uhaul general cx service. I went to 303 Owen manor and did the reservation, but they scheduled pick up location at Millar Ave. Not able to change the location online and every time phoned the cx they just kept transferring me to a different dept after 45 mins hold. I eventually pick up and return the truck at Millar which makes me pay at least $20 more and wasting of my time. Will never recommend my customer to choose U-haul again.

I dislike your check in system!! It was intolerable if you went back as it wouldn't save info and no where on your site does it tell you ball size on check in yet it asks ball and hitch weights...which for me varied on ball

More staff. Only one on a Friday afternoon was inadequate. I felt bad for her that she had to handle other volume of people she did. I really like this location. Lots of room to move around.
