Taking pictures of the dash, especially the odometer, is very difficult with an iPhone due to the refresh rate of the digital odometer being out of sync with the camera. It took me 15-20 tries.

The staff is very unhelpful and seemed bothered by me asking for assistance. The app is slow and hard to use, I would have preferred the staff just help me check in and out but they were absolutely not having that. The boxes they keep the keys in are old and rusted, the letters are hard to read to enter the code and get the keys out.
JOSEPH TThere was zero customer service. The equipment I asked for was not there. To get the keys to the truck took an act of congress. U Haul management needs to rethink their business plan. You over charged me, there was zero gas in the truck when I picked it up.
