Why did i recieve confirmation that i had a truck reserved for 3 days but when i went to pick it up i had to agree to have it back next morning or i couldn't have it at all. Why

The UHaul ap for reporting existing damage would not upload photos as required
Jason R.Trailer had a paint or chemical smell in it. Had to leave doors open for awhile for smell to dis-apate. I will rent there again. Always have great service there.
Norman L.The older gentleman who assisted us at the counter was incredibly rude to not only myself but his fellow coworker. No excuse for that kind of behaviour. Should not be working in customer service. The equipment that we had ordered was not ready at the time of pickup and they forgot to include the moving blankets, which were paid for. The cargo had not been swept out and there were pieces of plastic and material from the previous rental in the floor. Was not impressed.
