I don’t have a problem about the location, it’s the service that was my mainly problem more on the road side assistance. Cause I was stucked due to winter storm cause the tire was worn out. And I waited 12 hours for a tire change but they called me the next day and said the tire was completely fine. It can’t even hold the penny cause there was no grip on the tires. I was so mad for the their service. Won’t recommend it for family and friends.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avispoor instructions for pick up. sign says its open sat 9-2 but its not. no clear instructions from u-haul for pick up leading to delay and added stress. u-haul should send email instructions prior. additionally, i requested only furniture dolly, but was given ONLY appliance dolly, then charged for both.

Robert BThe person on store did not have the code to open the truck or the key, I lost more than an hour trying to fix that, my day was delayed a lot and I even had to pay an extra cost for delivering the truck very late.
Jorge GVery smooth process and experience. First time renting a UHAUL for an after-hours pick-up and using the mobile app for pick-up and return went well with no issues. The instructions were very clear and locating and retrieving the key through the app was easy, but the app could use some improvements as it's a little glitchy when taking pictures to submit for proof. Otherwise, I would do this again without hesitation.
