Truck was not cleaned on the inside, nor did the brakes work properly.. loud screeching sounds and have to push brakes all the way to the floor to stop.. very unsafe.

Tim HThey need help there was one person checking folks In and the process was super slow. I even checked I. O line before arrival to the store but didn’t speed the process at all. Overall though it was good experience and would use again

Anthony TThe truck I picked up had a low tire, which I observed and made staff aware. I was told since I had already completed rental paperwork , it was now my responsibility. I was given the number to call for roadside assistance, even though I had not moved the truck yet. So I waited over two hours for service truck to come before a new tire was put on. Afterward it took another two and a half hours to load the truck. By this time I was hot and tired and not able to drive where I needed to go. So this delay cost me a nights stay in a hotel, which was out of my pocket. Also, next day after driving a few miles, I discovered the air conditioner wasn't working. So I had to drive four hours with the window down. My shirt was pretty wet when getting to my destination. I think I will check with the competition next time I need to rent a truck.
