The WiFi was not working at location resulting in a very long wait. Additionally once we did get the trailer home we realised it did not have the 12 furniture blankets we had added to our order. I called the representative who assured me this would be taken off our bill and a discount added. When we dropped the trailer off at the second location last night we found this had not happened. Very bad customer experience.

LILITH PKind of a dicey location. It’s a defunct gas station with a run down storefront/entry. It was easy enough to rent but I’d stick with a main U-Haul site instead.
