The whole process was easy peasy, and great rates🏆
Nichole C.There were some food crumbs and residue from a sugary drink on/around the console, which was pretty minor. The rep is super helpful & personable. This location has worked great for me since moving to west seattle as I don't have a vehicle. I wish you had better rates/mileage costs bcz it costs me ~ $100/day including gas. I'd like to rent more often for hauling furniture or running a carpet to the cleaner/repair company.

Johnson H.This truck should not have been rented. In very poor shape---in addition to various exterior blemishes, the passenger side lock was popped, and the steering column had been broken, and there was no ramp. The truck barely started and the check engine light was on. If I didn't need to go more than 10 miles and wasn't in a time crunch, I would never have taken it. Unfortunately, it was the only one available at that location.
