The person at this location had a really hard time processing the dropoff … it wasn't his fault, it seems that the computer refreshed and lost the record of me needing to drop off the truck and he had to search for the record in several places. We eventually figured it out but it took a while. Again, not his fault, the computer's fault.
SEAN RStaff member was very conscientious and helpful. The van exterior was filthy but I do not blame the attendant at the market. Management should have a service keep the vehicles clean.
Michelle FNot very friendly and had a hard time using the tablet to check out the equipment. Took a really long time. Upon return, still Took a longer than usual time and the way he checked in the vehicle was by me telling him were the gas was and the mileage was. He never checked himself. Somehow I feel the numbers are not always correct.
ERIN MThe van smelled like animal urine, the owner of the convient store was not prepared, he had me trying to figure out on an iPad how to complete my reservation and pick up the keys because he was uneducated on the process. I'm confident I was over charged. I mean the store sells meth paraphernalia so knew when I walked on it was going to be unpleasant, I just had no choice because the van I needed was unavailable at all other locations. I definitely recommend going someplace else for better service.
