Jasen TMake the UHaul app actually functional please. If the app worked, it would make ease of access and the overall process of renting with UHaul so much better - especially for locations with limited staffing/hours. The app in its current state is consistently unable to load information or perform basic tasks (like complete a rental return), which causes it to crash and be rendered useless.
Audren BThe van was dirty, no one had swept or cleaned out the cargo section and it had unordered hand cart and U-Haul equipment in the cargo space. The attendant was nice and helpful but returning the van using the app was time consuming and tedious particularly as I had selected the in person check in and check out when reserving the van on the app.
