The agent went out of their way in helping me select and reserve a truck for a cross-country trip and ensured upon pickup that I got a truck I could count on. The truck ran smoothly the whole distance. Because I've had knee surgery in the past I was concerned about the truck not having cruise control for long distances, but U-Haul must have changed the ergonomics of the seat/gas pedal/spring pressure as I drove 8+ hours per day with no leg fatigue or knee pain. Thank you, U-Haul.

CYNTHIA VI did not like the drop off. I feel I was over charged for gas and for daily rental charge. I started the pick of the the truck at 10:30 and when I got my contract the truck was not full of gas. The gas was at 5/8. I asked how was I to match 5/8. They said get as chose as I could. I took a picture and I thought matched. I returned the truck at 10:00 the next day. The attendant would not go out to check the truck and said my receipt would be emailed. I found I was charged for two day instead of one and I was charged for gas. I would like the trucked to be full of gas. Every U Haul I have rental has been and the trucked return time document so that overcharging. I have rental numerous U Hauls over the years and this is the only time I have had this type of problem.
PATRICIA LThe cab of the truck smelled REALLY strange. Like a cat had peed in it and then someone used powerful cleaning chemicals to clean it up, but there was still a leftover aroma that wasn't pleasant. Other than that, everything was fine.
