The U-Haul was clean but not well-maintained because the axle broke on the first trailer that I had rented in Washington state the second trailer was excellent everyone that helped me when the axle broke on the trailer was super and the service was excellent thank you U-Haul. I always rent from you no matter what size trailer our truck I may be renting. Merci.

The only thing we didn't get was a locking pin. We had to purchase that ourselves.
LARRY VMake available the requested equipment. I had to use a different type of trailer than the one I requested and it made it very difficult to load and unload my cargo.
