I went to the location at 2404 Nicholson Road Franklin Park Pa. My experience was exceeded expectations. Kelly was filled with knowledge and I got off the phone and headed over immediately to rent the truck after feeling secure the transaction will go well. The process was quick and Kelly again was very informative. My experience was great and with that experience I have no comments to improve. Thank you for being in the area and thank you Kelly for making my moving experience pleasant. I have already shared my experience with friends and will continue to recommend that anyone who needs a truck go visit Kelly.

Absolute joke of a process….there is NO WAY TO GET UR CAR ONCE YOU DROP OFF THE IHUAL… its stuck behind a fence.. No one there to help, i was there at 1130 am and 330pm to “closed” sign. Never again will I use sight. Then when calling “helpline” NO ONE HELPED

CHRISTOPHER BI was charged an extra day. Because I don't speak English, I used a mobile phone translator to communicate with the staff, and the staff was very impatient and even a little discriminatory. It was Kelly who had good reviews online. I don't know why so many people gave her good reviews, but she gave me a very unfriendly feeling. I rented a car at 10 am and returned it at 5:40 pm. She said she charged me an extra day. I returned the car on the same day, and the business hours are until 6 pm, and I didn't exceed the time. I will never rent a car here again, and I advise those who are attracted by the good reviews not to come here, it's too much
