John P.We spent so much time trying to find the keys to the 20 ft truck then ended up with a 15 ft truck. Lost one of my helpers because I was late and I was told my cost would probably be no more than $66.00. I was suppose to have the truck a whole day but the reservation said 4:PM. Contacted the office about the time which was changed and my bill ended be $93. And changed. I wonder how many other people have had this same problems with U-Haul. I will be checking on Facebook
Andrea S.First assigned truck didn't start. An improvement would be for someone to check out the vehicle before the customer arrives to pick it up.
Phyllis J.I had a reservation and was not able to pick up at reservation time before hours causing a delay in my move and my help to no longer get help me. All of the equipment I reserved was not available and what I did get didn't work correctly. (Appliance dolly) really disappointed
