Wireless service is very spotty in this area and I wasn't even sure that I did my return correctly on the app because it froze numerous times and then it just went back to the beginning of the return and there is nothing to return. It's in return with completed.
Jose DThe mobile pickup site off the highway and hard to find. Prior information on its location would have been helpful. Additionally, the code to open the key box had to be text to my a second time while I stood at the key box. Pickup of the auto-transport at the 1650 Dixwell Hamden, CT location was much better. Daisy, Carmen and Ricky were outstanding. It is not surprising what the human component can add to a transaction.
Lawson RMy location was changed last minute from in my same town to 30 minutes away. The after hours process is not clear. Bad experience.
