It was only a drop off so I didn’t really have any interaction with anybody, but the drop-off site was good. The key box was right in sight so I didn’t have to look for it overall it was good.

FRANK WI would never use Sunshine self storage again. If I need Uhaul I will used the site my storage is in if they are not available than I will use another one. I received a call the day before my Uhaul site mentioned it would be 48 hours before. The person spoke to was very nice although I was not happy which the location for the pick. My Uhaul site where my storage was mentioned that it would be possible that my pick would be further out. Anyway I never received a email, text, or did not see this information on the Uhaul site/app when I signed in. I didn’t know the address to this all I remember was it was Shelton. I finally looked it up and it gave me a name that wasn’t Uhaul so I was confused at first when I got someone in the phone I didn’t care for her attitude. I read reviews before hand and I like to go by my own experience. I wasn’t sure what her issue was by the end of the call her attitude was ok but customer service needs to be more mindful. Next I was transferred to another because I did not see my reservation he had an attitude as well. If I had a attitude with customer service I can understand but I only was asking questions because I didn’t received verification for my reservation. I hung quickly and thanked him for his time because he did not seem to be happy. The New Jersey site in Jersey City the people were very nice and I would do business with them. I would never used the Shelton CT location Sunshine self storage for any reason. I would rather go further than deal with that.
