Service was good, the truck's cabin quite unclean (three cups of coffee, chewing gum papers by the ton), but overall I appreciated the courtesy of the persons I've dealt with despite my apprehension due to horrific google reviews.Thierry L.

Business not open for day of reservation. Truck had been used to transport livestock and was not cleaned; full of hay and smelled of barn. I had to clean it myself before it left the lot. Establishment did not call to say they were closed until the day before and I had to get the keys in advance, causing other problems. Really unprofessional.Shawn W.

En fait j'avais rÃ©server un mois d'avance et la veille on m'annonce que ma rÃ©servation ne pourra pas Ãªtre honorÃ©e. Je devais avoir un camion en partance de St-Hubert et j'ai dÃ» le prendre en partance de Sherbrooke. Ce qui a retarder notre dÃ©mÃ©nagement de 2 heures et nous a fait faire du kilomÃ©trage avec ma propre voiture pour rÃ©cupÃ©rer le camion Ã SherbrookeLucie M.

We had a major problem with our reservation. Your system gave me a reservation to a spot where there's no U-Haul trucks anymore... Not the spot mentionned above. We had to call in a hurry at 7:15 in the morning to be able to have a van. Fortunately, there was one available that morning, but we could have been in serious trouble, we HAD TO move that day, and we had no van in the first place! I will never ever use U-Haul for a moving van in the future, it was way to stressful.Julien D.
To start with, i had a reservation for Sunday morning. #25346421. When i got there the dealer wouldn't let me leave with the trailer because the Uhaul internet site was down. This was at location Stebenne. Tried to call Uhaul but the system kept hanging up. Monday morning i finally got in touch with someone who relocated my reservation at the Lennoxville location. When i got there the Uhaul internet site was again down. Wasn't a problem. They did me a written contract and i left with the trailer. Wy couldn't the first guy on Sunday do the same thing??? Anyway, i paid for the trailer but i aim expecting to get credited with your 50$ guarantee. Lenoxville dealer was great. Rockforest dealer was an ass-h**l.Jean B.
The self check in process was surprisingly simple, considering it was my first time. I was a little disappointed that it made me take a photo of my drivers license - why couldnt i have done this ahead? it took long and it was very cold, so taking a photo is tough. There is also no table or anything to use, so i had to put my stuff on the ground to take photos. A little outdoor check in area next to the drop box would be helpful with a table and chair.Anrick J.

Nous avons eu deux pneus dÃ©gonflÃ©s (flat). L'Ã©quipement n'avait clairement pas Ã©tÃ© vÃ©rifiÃ©. Je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec cette compagnie : le service Ã la clientÃ¨le est horrible et les employÃ©s nous mentent et sont dÃ©sobligeant. Si vous souhaitez avoir un remboursement pour quelque chose, n'appelez surtout pas le service Ã la clientÃ¨le, il s'agit d'une grosse perte de temps. Allez plutÃ´t Ã©crire un "concern" sur votre compte U-Haul pour que votre demande soit prise au sÃ©rieux.Stephanie B.
I don't like last minute requests, such as being asked out of the blue for a name and phone as a reference like it was the case for this rental (what is the point anyway). I would have preferred to be addressed in English since the reservation was made in English, but that is not a deal breaker. Overall reasonably smooth sailing, will likely rent again from this location.Stefan B.

Samuel and the lady I saw before using the truck were VERY courteous, helpful and kind. Unfortunately, at the end of the day when I bought the truck back, the older man ( in his 60s?) was visibly irritated and impatient. You know, that "borderline" behavior where they are not mean to you but discretely unfriendly and irritated right in your face. (I bought the truck back 20 minutes BEFORE closing).Dena B.
My only negative comment was that return location changed and I was not notified - so went to the original location and then was redirected to this one (which was very close to our starting spot) - so a waste of time and inconvenient. But, this location was easy to find. Completed the return online so did not interact with personnel - Great to be able to do it so quickly and easily.James V.
