UHaul (the company not the 3rd party location) did not have the blankets I reserved. If someone reserves blankets you should have them at the location, no excuses.
Daniel PLocation was convenient and staff is very friendly. My major disappointment was the online return. I didn’t have an U-Haul app so returning process was confusing and difficult to use. First it cannot detect my location and nowhere to manually enter it in. Secondly I cannot find any option of upload my picture of proof, hence I was charged extra. Now I’m disputing the extra surprise fees and hopefully i can get them refunded. This was my first time renting U-Haul truck and frankly it will be the last time. I will not recommend to any of my friends. In addition, there was a half-drank bottled water left in the truck when we picked it up.
Yun WThe only issue was that there was a Styrofoam cup with spilled smoothie all over the bottom of the back door and bumper, didn't know till I opened it when I got to my location. I'm guessing the last customer who rented the cargo van did that because they also lied about how much gas they left. So nothing against the location and the gentleman who assisted me was very nice and efficient.
Genevieve KI did the online check in, but felt like that didn't add much to my actual check in process. The system was also down and was down the day before/on the fritz...so he had a hard time helping me and when I returned the vehicle it still wasn't resolved so I had to go online and do my check in. I think the vehicles should be very specific on how much gas is in it and how much is needed to be added back...I went over how much was in there and then went over my mileage so I lost money. I know it's probably set up that way, but it's not a great business practice. It was great to have a next day option and be so close to where I lived.
