The receptionist: 1. His attitude is soooo bad. 2. The place has no attached parking lot, so we need to find the space to park the car and walk to the rental place. 3. When I paid by credit card, he said it was declined, but my credit is not be declined. I think he doesn't want us to use credit card. 4. When we returned the car, he check around the car to see if there Wawa's any damage, I think that's fine and he should. However, he pointed out that the back bumper was kind of hit. I said it's impossible, because we didn't hit or rub against anything. And he said, nothing is impossible, and tell us don't say so. We think this is a very bad service and we have a vet bad experience during pick up and return processing.

This 3rd party location was not very good in the customer service dept. The person who helped me said that he was unable to adjust the deposit on my rental which had been entered incorrectly and wasn't able to answer several questions I had. The vehicle was clean and ready at the time of pickup so that was good.
ROBERT DProprietor contracted me for 209 miles per day without ask g me my mileage which resulted in an $89.00 dollar a day rental charge. He did not tell us where to park the van upon return. He did not give me a copy of the contract or have me sign for the rental.
