The first site at Stearns Petroleum didn't have my truck rental and the guy didn't have a number to call to find out where the Truck was. My Partner make some quick calls and found Tapo had one. The wait time was way too long for customer service in a situation like this. You should have a hot line for the representative at the site to call. Your Website was problematic with drop off. There was 6 customers trying to log on and the sessions kept expiring or wouldn't load at all. Phone reps were really good, wait time though was way too long.Daniel H.
It's always a hassle to get a uhaul, this place makes it worse!!!!!! NO HELP FROM THEM !!!! their advice is to call uhaul, witch seems to be good advice until you call and have to waite 45 minutes on hold because "All of the agents are helping other families", I'm thinking nothing else needs to be saidSTEVEN M.

Even though I signed in on-line the night before, yhe facility check-out took an hour. They claimed the connection between them and Uhaul was poor. The customer next to me was having the same poor experience. I won't rent Uhaul from them again.Kerry G.

Extra charges that were excessive, I filled up the truck with more gas than when I picked it up, and U-haul still charge me $7.50 I called on Monday 3/8/2021 with a complaint and U-haul never got back to me as promised. I am no long a customer at this location.PETER E.

The pick up location staff were very nice and accommodating. The truck was clean on the inside but very dirty on the outside. The truck leaked oil enough that I had to put a cardboard box under it to protect my driveway. The brakes, when applied between 40 and 60 miles per hour, created a tremendous vibration and wobble experience that was quite scary. Breaking at moderate speeds created an unsafe condition in my opinion. The vehicle definitely not maintained to my standards. It was my first experience renting a UHaul truck and perhaps my expectations were too high. On a positive note, the air conditioner worked flawlessly and I made the 400 mile journey without incident. .Mark H.

This store was absolutely amazing. I reserved a truck from a different location. Upon arrival they didn't have a truck. I called u-rent and they got me right into one. They were extremely understanding and made everything go very smooth!Marie M.
My only issue for the most part. Vehicle was left with less than a 1/8 of a tank and I left it with 5/8 of a tank. I only received a credit of $7.00. Vehicles should be left with at least 1/2 tank for customers. I am requesting a $75.00 credit for extra gas put into the tank so please credit an additional $68.00. The manager was grumpy and not helpful over all, questions like; do you need a truck with a ramp, do you need any dollies? Once i rented the truck it was too late and I did need those things so I didn't get done everything I needed.john D.

The gentleman working at the rental place was very nice. I arrived 12 mins early to pick up the trailer I rented. There was only one gentlemen checking customers in. I waited about 45 minutes before I was helped. I rented the 6x12 trailer. The other gentlemen hooked up the trailer and the lights were not working on the uhaul trailer. They tried to fix it but were unable. They had to call other places to see if there was another 6x12 trailer I could pick up. The closest one was Agoura Hills. I was not going to drive to Agoura to pick up another trailer, They were able to find me a 5x9 trailer which made us have to run a few more trips but we took it. I was charged for both the 6x12 trailer and the 5x9 trailer. It is now 4 days later and I have not received a credit for the 6x12 trailer that I did not get to rent. The people working there were all friendly and polite and I have no issue with them. The over all experience was horrible and wasted 2 hours of my time that should have been spent moving.Heather H.

This place was discussing. Gary was very rude. Don was great. There was an issue because I was scheduled to return the equipment after hours. I was told to just return the equipment and take a picture that it was not a big deal. Then I get my invoice and I was charged a after hours fee. I thought it was strange that they needed a second contact phone number and that they had to call that person to confirm the number. I have never heard of that and I really did not like it.David M.
