The app and the website wouldn’t let me check in, i had to go to the gas station and the guy redid the reservation and it took over half an hour. Online it said it would be $37 due and pick up and he charged me $112. Had to back it into a spot between two totaled cars in a busy gas station.

RONALD MThe people that worked at this location at pick up and drop off seemed confused about whole thing. Hard to understand. At pick up and drop off, the key was NOT in the lock box, but inside the gas station kiosk with the employees. Over 24 hours after drop off, I got a phone call from one of the employees asking if I dropped off truck and where I put key. ?!? When I said yes and told him the guy in the kiosk took the key he said “cool” At drop off, employee had no clue where I should park truck. I’ve been renting trucks multiple times in the past week and this particular time it felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
CATHERINE BThe employee who helped me to pick up my rental truck was a bit confusing. He gave me the keys and I almost drove away before providing the required information because he just told me I was free to go before running back and asking me to complete the pre-rental info.
Ashley WTrying to complete the check out while standing at a gas station booth was very annoying. Coupled with the computer being out did not make for a good experience.
