Reserved a 6 X 12 Utility trailer. When I arrived to pick it up I completed the rental agreement for reservation #28906010. Upon going to the lot to hook up the trailer I found I was being given a 6 X 12 enclosed trailer. I told employee Brandon that I needed a utility trailer to haul tree branches. Brandon in formed me he had no 6 X 12 utility trailers even though I had reserved one. I was forced to settle for a 5 X 9 trailer which I was told that rate would be $14.95. Later I found a hold was placed on my bank card for $31.90. On 10-19-19 at 6:30pm I received a text message from Uhaul stating a contract was in place to pick up at trailer at 7:00pm on 10-19-19. I called the Uhaul customer service who stated they had no idea how this new contract came to be and cancelled that contract. Today 10-20-19 I returned the trailer to Uhaul at 1:53pm. The employee Holden Stverak was unfriendly and didn't bother to apologize for the issues and I didn't even receive a thank you for my business. Not impressed!!

There were only 2 people working so the wait time to talk to an employee was long. The employees were all very friendly when we picked up the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, the guy just basically took the keys as soon as I walked in the door and kept walking to the vehicle as I was trying to ask questions. He didnt seem like he wanted to talk to anybody. Other than that, very smooth and very thankful for your services. The building was very clean and well organized.

I put to much gas in the vehicle and brought it back 14 hrs early. Would like to be re embersed for foth those things. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed. Thank you

Very poor customer service upon return. Employee scoffed and didn’t say a word until he made the bold accusation of damaged equipment. When situation was explained, that the van came that way, he scoffed more and very curtly told me my receipt was inside. This was very disheartening as I’ve rented from this location multiple times and even utilized the hitch installation services on a personal vehicle. Location is convenient, clean, etc. but today’s conduct by employees will be noted for me personally and my business.

Well the disconnect between the location and Customer service was a little disturbing but I see that is the way your system is. When I asked questions regarding my rental the answer was you have to call UHaul customer service.

I'd like to pay for gas at the uhaul office or deduct from my debit card. I don't want to have to go and physically put gas in the truck :(

It rained, roof leaked in box. alot of my stuff got wet, real nice not even an discount on rental, for ruining alot of furniture other items. This truck had damage both sides the roof of box, cab of truck was ok. Sould of wet to another place will in future move.

The staff was really helpful getting my uhaul but when I got to my destination the door got stuck wide open and I had to sit on hold with roadside for 25 mins to find out it would be a minimum of 90 mins before they could come out. I ended up bringing the uhaul back early with the door stuck open.

The truck storage box smelled awful!! Like throw up or rotten food and there was a gnat nest at the front of the box which I took an hour to kill as many as I could!! Simply awful!!! I would like a major discount and rebate for this. Thus is my 4th rental in 2 months and I had 3 climate controlled storage units as well!!

worst experience ever. did not have truck & had to take smaller. cost me extra time & money with smaller truck. would like a 100% refund!!! Also charged me extra that should have because the person did not know how to operate the pc system.

The desk person was rude and never smiled throughout the encounter. I had prebooked the truck but check in took the typical 20 minutes. I had prepaid with a credit card - but owed an additional $7.63. Rep confirmed the dolly and packing blankets for $10 each. When I arrived at moving location, discovered no dolly or blankets. I called to complain and was told they would adjust my bill to reflect the missing items because I didn't have time to return and pick them up.
