Ok for an in town move. However, Truck was damaged and rusty. Rear door was very hard to pull down. High mileage vehicle that probably needs replacement. This is not a reflection on the staff at the location. Team member who took care of me was very knowledgeable and professional. He is the reason I will come back. Definitely not the truck.GREGORY S.

The kid when I first came in didnt even notice I was there. I stood for 5 minutes before he noticed. Too busy on computer doing his own research. Today, when checked out, 2 people there and a line of 5 others and a phone call.Kraig N.
I reserved a 6Ã—12 trailer to pick up at Safeship in Sioux Falls. When I arrived they had one on-site. After processing my reservation I was told I could not have that trailer and I needed to go to Uhaul location on 11th St. When I arrived there they had no 6x12 trailers and I had to rent a 15ft truck for a higher price + pay for gas.Dana C.

When I returned the trailer, the individual at the customer service counter made me feel very uncomfortable. The whole time he continued to talk politics and basing President Biden very aggressively. Made our reservation 2 weeks in advance, but ended up going to three different locations before actually getting a trailer. Although we did change up to next bigger trailer, they said they even had more of them available. At the 3rd location, the gentleman helped us even though he was totally unaware of what was going on. The trucks door must have been damaged before because it did not seal correctly. It made for a very loud trip down the road. There were also 2 drinks left in the truck from previous people. One tipped over on my Trip making a mess.ADAM S.

I so wish I didn't have to use cash at this location. It's a pain but apparently they're my only option for a car dolly and last time I ended up with about 4 days of rentals coming out of my account when I had a trailer for half a day. I wish the company could be responsible enough to handle having my credit card information.SHEA N.
Only used 14 miles on the pickup and I had to put $30 in for gas. Before I filled up I explain that when I got the vehicle there was already a quarter of gas missing from the tank in the service rep said sorry nothing we can do about it.JACOB H.
I dont blame the people more the system n miscommunication tho everyones human n makes mistakes it was a little frustrating to pack then need to being back the truck for a diffrent one doing so created a whole mess hopefully there can be a way to help comunicate this better so it can help the costomers and staff but im impressed how when they stuggled they found a way too make it work n was kind to be the whole time yes i woupd use them againBRIGIT M.
