Disorganized and missing equipment that they could not replace . Had to go to a different dealer to rent one of the trailers we had reserved weeks in advance. Spent hours in the office just trying to make the reservation although a large part of that was due to the completely unusable u-haul software.

LLUVICEL LMy response to the questions sounds bad. The gate was open, but nobody was working. The driving path was clear of any obstacles and when I read the note on the door I knew where it should go.
DOUGLAS CU Haul text 48 hours prior to rental sent me FAR from original location to get the trailer. No one was at the pick up location so I had to locate and hitch the trailer myself. Called phone number posted on the door; lady was helpful but seemed confused as to why I was sent there. Trailer had damage to locking mechanism that I documented via photo and forwarded to agent. For the exorbitant price I paid to rent this equipment, I expected better.
