Anna E.U-Haul 1-800 number was not operational when I called repeatedly to rush to make another truck reservation when the first location was “on vacation†the day I was supposed to pick up the original truck. I made the reservation 3 weeks prior to pick up and not one call or email from the dealer or U-Haul telling me my truck would not be available. Terrible customer service
Chris C.The lady at M&M Storage was awesome. However 800# customer was terrible, rude and cut me off when I was speaking. I was suppose to pick a truck at Marine Service Pro and they had a note on door moving with a phone #. I called the # for 30 minutes and no answered along with another customer trying to pick up a trailer. When I called uHAUL 800# I explained I didn't know were M&M Storage was she was rude and state I'll message directions and hung up on me. This location was not in Southport it's in Boiling Springs and way out of my way. I was 45 minutes leave getting to the house with truck and had movers on the clock waiting. So my experience was horrible with Uhaul other than the nice lady at M&M Storage.
