This was our drop off location. They made sure everything went ok. When we dropped it off, we had the choice to stay while they did the inspection or we could go and they would send an email. We opted to leave and we had an invoice by the time we got home. Employee's we super friendly and helpful.

U-Haul smelled horribly like extremely bad like someone died in it. I was charged for 3 days because one of the days Sunday they were closed they never disclosed that to me upon pick up. Nor was there any drop box or a place to drop off after hours and was deterred from dropping off at another location. Extremely unhappy I will not be using this location ever again.

ALVIN LI returned the car with the same amount of fuel as when I received it. But they charged me extra money for no reason. Do not use their services; they arbitrarily charge fees and send fake invoices.
VITALII VI reserved drop-off at Lakewood and was instructed to drop-off at this location.. Why?? Never again will I use Uhaul!!
