I order 2 utility dollies and 12 blankets 2 weeks in advance but when I picked up the truck, they only had 1 dolly and no blankets. Was very disappointed that I was not notified. I had to find another U-Haul myself for the extra dolly & blankets.

Very annoyed when asked for a paper receipt. Charged for gas when there was more than what I received the uhaul at. When confronted about the gas charge he became agitated and extremely rude. Will not be back.
Matt W.The truck did not come with any kind of lift for furniture, etc. We had a heck of a time getting furniture into it. No one asked us either about this before we drove off with this truck. Truck was older, ran rough and quite frankly I was very disappointed since my nephew is a manager with UHaul in San Fran area. I did appreciate getting the $10 off but will not use this site again. Clerks did not even know what they were doing - it took me over 1/2 hr. to check this truck out and the reservation had been in for a week.
