customer service was excellent don't know his name skinny long hair pony tail , the in and out is very cramped to get a trailer in and out ,several customers at once its a parking gridlock with strategic in and out of u-haul lot ! peace !

I will be using Uhaul's competition going forward. I"ve never seen a Uaul location so unprofessional,. I rented a truck and a trailer. The truck was literally falling apart and had no power steering fluid. Nobody did a walk around with us and I would have refused taking the truck as it was unsafe to drive on the road. I took pictures of the horrible condition which includes part of the side falling off and a craked windshield. As mentioned, I also rented a trailer and I got a phone call stating it hasn't been turned in yet when I dropped it off at 10:15 AM this morning. Now I have to go through anoter hassle - I hope to be compensated for the horrible experience and also the extra time I now have to spend in proving the trailer was turned in.

I was told by Dean on the phone and another gentleman that checked it in that they would make sure I was only charged for the fixed price that I had already paid. I then received an invoice/receipt for $335 additional. I emailed the contact back and haven’t heard. I am currently on the phone.

Trailer did not make it to end location(Oak Harbor Washington) and had to be dropped in Spokane cause there were no running lights at nite. Very little Help from pick up dealer and Should of refunded rental cost for trailer. But in stead just played the game on us and still had to go back to get Jeep in Idaho that was left there cause of problem's with your trailer.

Just make sure to explain to the customer to have a copy and info for customer in case of getting pulled over by a police officer.

have your lot attendant know how to direct a vehicle and secure the straps properly on a tow dolly. If the person was as inexperienced as he presented himself. If he was that inexperienced, a clerk could've come out and helped him. He also had trouble figuring out the placement of the chains to the hooks in the reinforcement. The other renter had to assist getting the straps and chains on. The office staff seemed competent.

You charged me $39 for a Truck I didn’t use. My original purchase online was for a 10 foot truck. I ended up using a 17 foot truck. But you still charge me for the original reservation. When I called to ask about getting the refund, Zack at the counter said that I purchased ready to go boxes that I did not use. I’m still waiting for the refund. I will call Visa to get the charges reversed if this isn’t fixed immediately.

Self return would not verify my miles traveled. I assume someone never entered the original odometer. I waited on hold for 1 hour for a phone rep at location to return. Finally just left equipment. Never received hard copy of contract. Oh well. Not using again if I don’t have to.

The first U-Haul I went to didn't have any trucks available so I had to drive all the way across town twice the miles they only had one truck I literally needed it for an hour pretty much at that point I didn't have no choice so I rented the truck The vehicle was absolutely disgusting inside and out have pictures and videos when I've checked it out when I returned the truck I expressed my disappointment and how nasty the truck was inside he told me he would give me a discount it would be $38 for the rental he stated it probably got checked in and checked back out without a cleaning wasn't going to leave a bad review till I check my bank statement this morning and I was charged $56 which one week prior I rented a truck it was $56 but I had twice the mileage and had it for 4 hours but at least that truck was clean nice and was worth the $56 absolutely disappointed on how nasty the truck was inside and I was charged the same when I was told it was going to be $38 even my email receipt said it was $38 how am I charged $56

Online and 800 # again were disappointing. Transferred several times. Finally we just returned the vehicle and trailer in person. The personnel were fantastic, friendly and helpful again!!!! Phone and online services need improvement and training.

My return was very far from my home, and I was getting charged for each mile I drove. I am a single woman and this location is not the best for after hour returns as it is downtown in a shady area of town. I do like the app, it makes it a lot easier to return the truck.

I tried the mobile app for the first time and it was a complete fail. I am very dissatisfied with the user interface and the endless questions. I realize that you are entrusting me with an expensive piece of equipment but really, it was ridiculous. And now you have all sorts of private information about me on file. So, please, erase my file. I will never use the mobile app again. In the end, I had to beg the staff to get me checked out the old fashioned way. Which they did but it wasn't easy. Staff was helpful and mostly friendly -- Jason (?)-- a guy that runs everywhere -- was super supportive and helpful and empathetic.

The employee wasn't very helpful. When I walked up he was on his phone ant acted as if I was bothering him. He did not offer any help or instructions on the new online system. This was my first paperless uhaul experience and I struggled to say the least.
