Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had to walk from business to business trying to find out who rented the trucks because there were no signs or advertisements indicating the rental location. When I finally arrived at the smoke shop to pick up the truck, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was given a truck with an almost empty gas tank. Although I was compensated approximately $36 for the fuel, considering today's gas prices and the size of the truck's tank, I would have preferred to receive it with a full tank. Having to search for a gas station and fill up the truck before starting my trip cost me valuable time and added an unnecessary inconvenience to the rental experience. Overall, the staff provided good customer service, but better signage and ensuring the trucks have sufficient fuel before pickup would greatly improve the experience.

Ruba SI had to get three different vehicles. Because 2 vehicles had fuel lines that were cut and the 3rd one was from another location and that one had all the gas syphoned out. The vehicles were very dirty inside and out. I had to scrub the windows just to get all the dirt off of them. The bumper had so much dirt piled on it. It look liked someone backed I to a mound of dirt. Not a good experience
