ANTHONY MNothing against this particular location. It is Uhaul that is horrible. Apparently they do not hold your reservation. They texted me at 8pm the night before we were to pickup the vehicle that we had to drive 100 miles round trip out of our way to pick up a larger truck that we did not need but required more gas. This added a lot of time on to an already long day. I spent an hour on the phone trying to reach anyone at uhaul Friday night. It was after hours by the time they shared this change. I was promised a $50 discount for the inconvenience but did not even receive that. I called to ask about the $50 credit and was told someone would call me back. They never did. Apparently Uhaul does not meet any commitments. We have use we Uhaul for years but it's time to give Penske or Budget a chance with our next move in August.
