No assistance was provided in connecting trailer. The trailer was plowed in with snow and was not cleaned off. I had to work physically dig out and pull the trailer to an area that I could connect it to my vehicle. Then clean all snow off the trailer before driving. Frankly U Haul should reimburse or refund me.

Terry JOn turning into the gas station the truck and trailer hung up on a dip between the road and the driveway gas station, causing a traffic jam. Fortunately two people from a boat repair shop across the street helped free the truck and trailer. The guy who was to receive the U-Haul equipment was no help at all.
CHRISTOPHER AImprove customer service process. They cancelled my reservation after I had already picked up the equipment.
