Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWorst experience I've ever had with Uhaul. They changed my pickup location last minute which was farther from my home. Then we arrive at pickup location and no one there. Called number just rang busy over and over. Called Uhaul took them over hour and half to get us going with truck. Nothing in back of truck that we had pre-ordered had to open a different trailer to get it ourselves. We were so late getting back we missed our movers! Was nothing but extremely stressful experience would never deal with this again.
John UJust wish I could have not had to drive so far to get the truck and then pick up the trailer the next day in a new town
Maralisa WQuick friendly service
joseph lRick was very helpful. He called me the morning of my rental and let me know that the trailer was ready for me and his business was open early. I had never had anyone do that before. I really appreciate having him nearby where I live and will most certainly rent from him again.
