Very nice to use, just be careful about opening the door of the trucks, the lock might get stuck if it pushed too much.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe DAY BEFORE our scheduled rental, our reservation was changed from a 26’ truck to a 20’ truck. This was done with no phone call and was barely caught via email. This change was unacceptable as a smaller truck would not suffice. With calling U-Haul, we were informed the only option left for a 26’ truck was at this site in Steinbach, requiring us to drive 50 minutes each way (nearly 2 hours round trip), to pick up the vehicle we had previously reserved. Again, all of this happened the DAY BEFORE we were schedule to pick it up to move across the country. We were denied any form of compensation when requested, to pay for this additional gas coverage OR to have this truck brought into Winnipeg for us. The location in Steinbach itself was accommodating and we had no problems with, but this process itself was infuriating.

Larry GIt was after hours, I did not meet any persons. The truck has a couple areas where water came thru. We drove in the rain, there was water coming in by the drivers side windshield. We also had water in the back truck. When we unloaded, there was water sitting on the top on the cabin, our bags and boxes were wet.
