When we moved our son initially this location was our drop off. The people were so nice and friendly that we made sure to go back if we needed a UHaul. Again the service was great.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe day before my rental, I got a phone call telling me that I was not able to pick up my trailer from the facility that I contacted (which is about 3 miles from my house), and that I had to pick it up at a different facility 40 minutes away. I would have appreciated it if U-Haul had taken the responsibility of moving that trailer from one facility to the other.
Robert VThe office staff were very understanding and helpful when I couldn't check-in to pick up my vehicle with the app.
RACHEL NVehicle received extremely dirty. Covered in mud. 12000 miles and a message pops up saying brakes need servicing. Replace brake pads.
CRAIG MThe transmission was extremely broken in truck. Changing into drive, park and reverse ment raking the gear shift back and forth until it finally fell into gear. Not service locations fault. Fault purely with UHaul fleet management/maintenance.
