The 2 staff members who helped me make my reservation, over the phone, and the lady who assisted me in the office on the day I picked up and returned the vehicle, were both very professional and helpful. I just moved into the Detroit metro area from Traverse City and now I know I have found the location for all my future rental needs! Excellent service!

The passenger side mirror was damaged and would not stay in the proper position. Constantly looking at the pavement. Stopped at a gas station and packed the gap with paper towel to get is halfway working. Some of the blankets were damp, was afraid to use them on wood furniture. Will need to rent at least twice more in the next 30 days, hopefully the next experience will be better.

Rental process was quite easy, as always. The truck was perfect for what we needed to do. We will definitely be renting here again at the end of September, when we move from our apartment into our condominium. Kudos to the staff at Lakeside Budget Storage.
