There was an a black guy who works at the front desk named Johnathan who was very rude to me. I asked him how much did I owe on the U-Haul Van and did bring to his attention that my mom left her small speaker in the front of the Van, That agent did tell me that I was lying about the speaker and I was trying to get out of not paying. I asked him to look up my information on the computer, give me a price, the receipt plus my moms speaker but instead he told me that I wasn't going to get anything back and did tell me to get out of his store. I then asked him to call the manager and that I was going to call the cops. This guy who works there yelled at me several times while I was on the phone with the manager. I have never seen anything like this in my life. There was someone there who recorded the whole conversation. I am making a promise to myself to never step foot back into that U-Haul location or store ever again. I value good customer service, but was treated very unfairly with a guy who works for this company who is rude, have no customer service skills when dealing with a valued customer, he's ghetto by using slang words I'm not familiar with, he cracked a joke about my situation to another customer who came to drop off a van, the guy Johnathan at no time make any effort to look into the data base to see that I have a history with U-Haul and just paid $719 to use a truck from the same company last month but instead he decided to be rude and to assist me in taking care of my bill or check to see if the items were left in the van. I am greatly disappointed in this company for hiring someone who came to work unfit and unclean to work with the company. That guy should always come to work with a clean hygiene, clean clothes, face washed, and great attitude when working in a public place with the customers. I also tried to speak with the manager concerning this matter but he did not want to hear me out and he refused to give me his name and contact number. These people you guys are hiring at this location should be thoroughly trained and a background check should be done as well. Its important to know who you are hiring to work with the public people. I AM afraid to come back to that location. Also I am going to tell all my family and friends of how badly I was treated at U-Haul. Budget and other companies have always treated their customers with the up most respect. Goodbye U-Haul!antoinette B.

They did not have the size trailer that I had reserved a week prior. I got a call the day before. It was too late for me to get one elsewhere so I had to take the smaller one. The difference between 6'x12' and 5'x8' is dramatic when moving furniture!Laurie Suzanne H.
The gentleman at the site was helpful and kind. I recommend U-Haul offering more than just one size of box for framed art and mirrors. I wouldn't want to put two boxes together to make the one size larger. Would be easier if you offered a small, med, lrg and extra large.Patricia Alice G.
The online reservation process was a waist of time!! I went through the entire reservation process 3 times at 3 different locations only to get to the checkout and find out the locations didn't have the trailer I needed. I finally had to call the 800 number to have them find me a location that actually had a trailer. But I had to wait almost 15 minutes before speaking to someone. And she was not very customer service oriented, and seemed as though I was bothering her. But the guys a the rental facility were very nice.Luther Carnell R.

The young man who helped me at this location, David, is a star in your company! Not only was he tons of help when I got there, but I pulled in with my trailer a half-hour after the store closed, while David was pulling out to go home--he came back, helped me back up the trailer, and checked me out. Absolutely terrific customer service, and I think the young man needs a promotion. I'm very impressed by his service.Gary E.

I tried to do a walk in rental. Unfortunately there were none available. The associate said he would check other area renters for availability for me. He Al's recommended that in the future I make a reservation so the unit I need would be available. I think that is awesome customer service.
