Dropped off after hours. Location was good. The uhaul app was a.disaster. tried multiple times to check out in the app, did not work, would not find Location or scan Location barcode, spent 20 mins in app, waste of time
GUSTAF HIt was just a parking lot to drop off in, so there was no personnel and wasn’t necessarily inviting. That was fine with us, but just wanted to explain my answers above.
NELSON MI would provide something better for compensation when changing the location of pickup and making people go further out of the way. I was given 50 extra miles when I didn’t need it and then was not given any money off instead.
