Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPlease ensure vehicles are in proper working order prior to rental. The 20ft truck I used had an AC unit that only intermittently worked and two bald tires on the driver's rear axle.
Terence SAll four tires had a PSI of over 85 when clearly stated on the tires themselves not to inflate over 65 psi. This is dangerous to myself and others on the road around me. Also the taillights were non functioning only the brake lights and turn signals. So I had to drive with my hazards on for hours. Very poor experience.
Dryw HAt drop off time there was no one available, but the key box was over there and it worked just fine thank you
Mary BNancy, receptionist at Storm Lake, IA, was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
