The engine light was on in the vehicle and the passenger side visor feel down when I went over a bump on the service. When I mentioned the visor to an employee, he said, "yes that happens". Additionally, we pre-purchased the use of a dolly, and it was not included when we picked up the vehicle. We were refunded.Korey T.

Packing/Shipping pads were not included and I was charged for them. I reported this at time of pick up and was still charged. I used the app to pick up & drop off the truck and was told someone would contact me regarding the missing pads...nothing. The truck sounded like it had an exhaust leak, very loud when accelerating and it rode very rough.Don W.
Initial contact... we had to look for customer service entrance even after following the signs. I did not receive the code or truck information so I couldn't just get the truck. So far it's all great, I left the truck parked as indicated and did the online return, which was easy and convenient. The only think I noticed is that I paid partially at the store when I pick up the truck and then the app charged me the whole thing again after I completed the return, I hope I don't get a double charge. Other than that, the staff was courteous, the process was easy, and the return was convenient. Thank you guys!!ISRAEL G.

I rented a car transport trailer at this location. It was provided to me with a badly worn tire which was worn down entirely through the tread at one place. They could not change the tire, but instead directed me to another location significantly out of my way. I made the trip with the tire and was, fortunately, lucky to make it without a blowout.Robert M.
I was given a bent trailer that towed to the right. On the next lane over due to some previous damage. I had a horrible time almost hit another vehicle due to the trailer being so out of center.luis R.

The u haul systems are antiquated. It took me longer to get thru their process for a appliance trolly than it took to use it for my purpose. The location was excellent and both pick up and drop off people were very nice.Michael C.
The $19.99 a day is misleading of course. It's meant to be, meant to get you in the door. It works. The 0.99 cents a mile charge is too excessive. 0.75 cents per mile would be more acceptable and in line and U-Haul would still make a very healthy profit on the newer trucks. The truck's odometer moved faster than my cell phone odometer app, by almost 25%. So, one of the two is wrong, who's do you think it is??? 46 miles total, returned it within 3 hours of renting it, with gasoline I replaced my total charge was $95. You tell me if this was a good deal.anthony E.

The U-Haul dealer had quite a bit of trouble with filling out the form on the U-Haul site because of all the built in excesses of the site the company has created. This led to, among other things, him having to fill in all sorts of technical information on my pickup that was to pull the trailer, including wheelbase, overall width and height, and much more. Information that was totally useless since my pickup is a Toyota Tundra which is listed among the approved tow vehicles. U-Haul has become too top heavy with IT and corporate people to be effective and efficient. Although I had to wait for an extended time for the dealer to fill out the screens to the site's satisfaction, I give him 5 stars. U-Haul as a company, however, gets only 2 stars. On second thought,, possibly fewer.ROBERT M.
