Was directed to a hole in the wall body shop with no room to park the truck. I had to angle the truck to give clearance for passing cars. The location was sealed shut and had to push the keys through this stiff latch risking injury of fingers. Then the keys caught on the bars and my Son had to get at them to ensure fallen to the floor out of reach. Please ensure that you give out proper U-Haul locations for drop off. I was really nervous to drop off there in the middle of some industrial area. Person on the phone when I called you was really helpful though and made me feel better leaving the truck there.

I was totally ignored because I am white female...if my male wasn't with me I don't know would of happen..they didn't Knowledge me and I was the one who pay for it all...I never had this problem before.....I was so mad....trying to charge me extra...I had to pick up truck 70 km away from my house took 1/4 of a tank of gas from pick up point to my house... Please have people working in your industry that respect women

KULWINDER SDo not recommend this location! No one was at the location when we arrived at our pick up time. No one answered the phone when we called. When someone arrived a 1/2 hour later they knew nothing of our reservation. We were charged for the time we waited. The vehicle was filthy and had garbage in it. They did not inspect the vehicle before we left or on return.
