When picking up trailer in Surry Maine the proprietor check the lights and stated all good. Upping driving the unit we determined that the right side lights were no functioning. Had place a service call in Pennsylvania for a tech to repair. Great response from the support group very fast dispatch and repair

Katherine BMake sure the driver cab is clean, and that the truck is in good repair. The truck I rented was somewhat dirty, with dried coffee spills over the cup holder, animal hair around the dashboard and floor, and a loud and annoying exhaust system leak. Furthermore, the 26 foot van that I rented was equipped with a V-10 engine, but felt like it had the power of a V-6.
