It was a thanksgiving Monday. So no one there. But a local business was able to help me to park trailer.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything was great. The whole move went very smoothly!
Rob RWe rented a 26' truck for moving a whole household. There were no furniture pads or a dolly to help with the move, which was highly inconvenient and made the move somewhat more difficult. The store employee indicated that they tried everywhere to find a dolly to help with the move to no avail (on the Friday before we were to pick up the truck). I think it would have been helpful at the beginning of the week to look ahead at the reservations for the week to ensure that everything was in place to help people move. That way, we may have been able to have a dolly to help with the move. Other than this small irritant in the rental, the location was very professional and courteous.
