No staff were present. No directions were present as to how to complete drop off. We attempted to call the number, left a message and never received a return call.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPretty cool guy helped me when I came and the truck wasn’t in a field as said down below there is bushes but not field of them 10/10 highly recommend
Angela VDidn’t interact with anyone
Kurt VNo, I would not. The dudes place is off the side of the road, litterally parks the equipment off the road in. Bunch of weeds. Todd’s auto detailing is not open when you arrive, even though you can hear movement coming from within the garage. Weird! No guidance on where to return the key. He has a key return business, not sure if you were supposed put key there, or back in the lock box. Highly confusing place, absolutely no support there. I’ll never use a lock rd party u- haul again!
mark sThe truck that was assigned to me was not there. The keys were not in the lockbox either. Terrible experience.
