Asked for a dolly wasnâ€™t there and was still on my bill even though I called after picking up the truck and the gas was listed at 7/8 and was barely above 3/4 very disappointed ! Would never use that location again!

Vehicle smelled of strong cigarette smell. I purchased an air freshener. Everyone was nice and professional, location clean, and ready for pickup, but the smell was bad, and over bearing. Did not have ability to return vehicle as I had many issues whereas I had a limited window to get things done. Cost was reasonable and easy to set up rental online, and return was easy. Call to customer service was professional and helpful, also. Fuel gauge was 1/8, not 1/4; but left a half tank of gas, abyway.

Fix your POS system. This isnâ€™t the first time weâ€™ve experienced issues making purchases electronically, but it is the first time that it actually cost me money. The POS system wouldnâ€™t process credit card purchases yesterday for my cargo van rental so I had to rent a box truck, because your policy requires credit card hold to rent a pickup or cargo van. The box truck was 20 cents a mile more than the van. So my 87 mile rental cost me nearly $20 more. This may seem minuscule to you, but I rent from you very often, and it didnâ€™t sit well that a national company didnâ€™t/doesn't have a contingency plan for system crashes or glitches like this.

I had reserved 2 furniture dollies (because they werenâ€™t in the truck per above) but when I arrived at this location they only had one available. I had to purchase a 2nd one. Overall I would rate my U-Haul experience as very poor.

Although a text message is sent to inform renter of late fees,that is something that should be stated at the time of truck rental considering the renter is moving and not checking phone often. This will allow the renter the ability to add time for unexpected delays. .

They base the milage on what you tell them and calculate those vslues in the final payment and not what the actual milage is. This is a sneaky method making a profit unbeknowst to the buyer.

The person handling my rental was very rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing him when I asked a few questions. He kept mumbling under his breath. Very poor customer service.

I tried using the uhaul app to help make the process go easier and I think because of it being glitchy and switching truck numbers on me multiple times it actually took longer. When I asked for help moving the truck when I FINALLY got the key (because my truck was parked directly behind another truck and had no way out with curbs on the other sides) the uhaul employee treated me as if I was inferer because I couldn't get the truck out. I also paid for two dolly rentals and got ZERO dollies in my truck. Upon returning the truck my receipt said I rented FOUR dollies and returned TWO when in fact I never received any to begin with. Terrible experience will never use this location again. Terrible service.

My fiancÃ© and I came in to pick up a reserved van, a comment made by Tammy Wilbur, made him upset to the point that he would rather not do business there. she took his Id looked at it puzzled at the fact that he had two middle names and made a comment â€œwhat was your mother thinkingâ€. He was very offended.

I rented a 15 ft truck ended up with a 20ft they said they didn't have the 15ft which I reserved I ended up paying more for refused to take the money off for their mistake

They staff was friendly on site worst customer service experience I have had in my life. They over charged my credit card. Putting me in the negative. Refunded the incorrect charge but would not give me a full refund after the hassle and inconvenience to me the customer. Offered me a vip because he States he can't give me a full refund. Then tried to offer me $15 back. No way will I return as a customer.
