Paris S | Overall Experiencecustomer service is absolutely the worst. dominique and tammy are very rude and distasteful for no reason. it doesn’t matter who you are they will demean and talk to you in a condescending tone. i experienced them both separately on two different occasions and it wasn’t pleasant. the property was not plowed or properly salted.
jarhea d | Overall ExperienceWhen shown unit, I noticed the light for the unit was not on. I asked if there were lights and the employee told me just what’s there and others will turn on in the evening. My team and I worked into the evening loading our unit. The lights never came on and we had to work with the lights off our phones. In addition there are hazards in the walkway that are not marked and can cause injuries resulting in litigation against U-Haul. There is probably 1/4 to 1/3 of a industrial type fluorescent light fixture in our unit that never turned on.
