Location was friendly and helpful. It might have had a few more basic supplies( packing papers), etc. I don't think this necessarily their fault since an actual U-Haul Store sent them only what I had included in my reservation.

Jill NPlease dont allow this location to rent your trucks. I showed up at the allotted time to grab the truck and had to wait over an hour for someone to show up and grab the keys. Candice was extremely helpful and nice but the location is trash.
Stephen MReserved truck & tow trailer a week ahead of my move so there'd be no holdup. Went to pick truck up& brakes were bad, so I had to drive to another storage yard, leave my pickup there,( because they forgot tow trailer), got trailer, had to go back put my truck on trailer, then to my storage unit 3 hrs later, all the while I'm paying two people to help me load the truck. Not happy!
Gary OThe truck had less than 1/8 of a tank of gas when I picked it up. Did not appreciate having to immediately go to a gas station and put gas in other wise I would not have made it to my house to pick up the cargo I was moving. I understand I have to put gas into the truck but that usually happens at the end of the day not the beginning.
