They took forever to check my rental in now my account is messed up I won’t ever use them again and they took more money then was needed

The key was not in the box. The business was not open. I never got to use the truck but my card was charged.
Jessica EThey weren’t helpful only because they weren’t open. I am sure my experience would have been drastically different.
KANDI HThe cup holders had soda all over them so it wasn’t clean. And we were doing in person pick up at 9:00an and the business was supposed to be open 9:00- noon. We arrived at 9am and no one was there. We had to call Uhaul and change to mobile pick up and the process caused us to have a one hour delay.
