Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI dropped of the truck in 2 hours of renting it , called number and they told me to leave the key in truck. now i see bill for 4 days
Babu PGreat experience. Michael, although new, was pleasant and easy to work with.
Robert DThe staff was friendly and helpful. I made my reservations online for 10-foot truck to be picked up at 9:00 AM on Sunday. The first problem I encountered was the store didn't open until 10 AM. After the store open the clerk could not find the keys to the truck I reserved but later found them on the end of the counter from the day before but no one had checked them in or put them away. Once we had the key the truck had a dead battery. After the clerk made a phone call the up graded me to a larger truck with less than a quarter tank of gas with a range of 49 miles. I finally got out of the store around 10:45 and had to purchase gas. The reason I upgraded you to a "Below Average" score instead of poor is because of the staff at the store.
Timothy AI originally ordered a dolly, however there weren’t any. Secondly, when it was time to return the keys I had to sit and wait for someone to get back to the office.
