There was no signage for the check-in, the lady at the desk was nice enough but they did not have any of the additional equipment I requested, the truck was parked in a separate grass lot blocked in by two cars from a nearby business and had to be difficultly navigated around a low tree and light pole. I had to go to a separate location anyways for the equipment, so may as well should have just gone there for the truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverething is fine
Aracelys DThe address is incorrect. The phone line goes no where. There were no people or lights. It’s a vacant lot in the hood. The personnel did not Checkin my vehicle causing U-Haul to call me and threaten charges. They demanded that I do it myself in the app. I am an elderly dissabled women with limited access to technology. I do not work for U-Haul. U-Haul employees who are paid off of my customer purchases must do their job. Automation is not the key if humans are not available to check and double check processes. The area was overgrown with trees and grass making it impossible to park. I left the vehicle on the side of the road
NATANLIE AGlass in the back of the truck and no place to put trash so I had to take time out of my move to dump the trash. Very inconvenient
Bayron AEliminate "Selective Autos Inc." This place is an utter disgrace. Filthy, disorganized, and an arriving U-Haul customer is met with disdain and negligence.
