The mobile app was somewhat difficult to use. Even though everything was set up at wanted last minute information that we couldn't put in took a long time to upload. We arrived at the facility and we still had to go in to get keys which some what defeated the purpose of the mobile app and skipping the line. Carlos and Roberto were excellentElise Z.
Ordered 3 trucks for 4 days. One hour before p/u they cancelled one of the trucks due to size availability and when I got there cx. the other 2. Had to take one smaller size and 2 bigger sizes. Being a long time customer of U-Hual I beleive they could have at least discounted one of trucks for us. Other than this mishap this is a great location!PETER K.
Should have more then 1/4 tank gas. Think about it, rent a truck to move, all set, but we have to but gas in ! Take the time, put gas in, clean windshield, etc get it set to goALLAN B.

The location the staff were professional, curious and knowledgeable. However the movers on the other hand I hired through the site were 6 hours late, damaged 90% of my furniture. Unprofessional and charged an additional 100.00 to unload. Even caused damage to the new apartment. Overall u-haul worked with me to extend the rental to accommodate me, now to see what's next on my damaged items.CATHERINE O.

From the start the experience was bad. Went into location to be received by nobody, finally, Joseph Fernandez came to help. The agent had a bad attitude, did not like that I had questions about their process. Declined to rent a van to me, I asked to speak to the Manager (Kevin Gray) and the experience got even worse. In the information technology age, our info is used for good and bad and as a customer, I have the right to ask why certain things are required and how they will be used, well, both of your employees had an issue with that and both declined to rent me the van. As customer service agents they should be trained to listen and hear customers' questions and concerns, not get an attitude and get into a shouting match with your customers. I finally, got the manager to listen to why I had questions about why they were asking for so many different things from me when my experience with Uhaul was completely different a month ago. He went on to tell me that they were really busy and short-handed, which is inexcusable and not my problem. I don't come to Uhaul for your bad attitude or to hear excuses, I come to rent a van or a truck. I will never go back to that location.Marlon T.

the customer service at this location was excellent!! the trailer equipment we reserved was available on time. the attendant called us as a reminder. he found a short in our turn-signal wiring and corrected it with a new fuse. the trailer safety equipment, braking harness, and road stability were much improved over previous years. we received timely updates and safety information by email. if you're a first-time user, UHaul makes DIY-moving a not-so-scary task and they have all the moving stuff you forgot. Price was affordable one-way. drop off was conveniently located to my destination.JAMES S.

I wasn't able to complete my reservation online so I had to go into the store. There wasn't a single employee to be found. As I was waiting another customer came in and also looked around for an employee and they were unsuccessful. I called the phone number twice with no answer. After approximately 20 minutes later someone showed up to complete my reservation. I was handed the keys and that was it. It was torrential downpour at the time and would have been nice to be told where the truck was at least. I found the truck and the window was left open so the cabin was nice and wet. Got under way and water was dripping from the headliner. When I went to unload the truck several of my boxes were also wet. The truck had over 158K miles on it, rough to start and one of the loudest trucks I've ever been in. I won't be returning to this location based on customer service and the old equipment.Jason G.

all good but your online app for the return of vehicles could be a little more flexible. i took picture of dashboard, dropped off key and went on to use the app. only a few minutes passed and when i tried uploading my picture it did not accept it because it waa too old and needed a new one. i had only taken the picture no more than 5 minutes before. anyway, a logiatical issue that you could make a little more uaer friendly. tyPEDRO R.
I arrived 15 minutes early to ensure that I would get out on time, and due to their terrible employees I wasn't able to leave until 45 minutes after my designated time (yes it took me an hour). The first truck was so over run by smoke smell I couldn't breath. When I asked for another truck I was informed that all trucks probably were dirty and smelled. Taking my chances on another truck, the employee not only was rude, but cursed, implied I was dumb, and then charged my card, which had already been charged by U-Haul, and he overcharged it. When I asked to have the correct amount charged you would have thought I asked him to walk on fire, and then wouldn't let me use the same card (some issue with their system ... not his fault but how he handled it def was). Norberto should be fired. U-Haul should do a major overhaul of how things are managed at this location. I will go out of my way to use any service but U-Haul ever again, and if I do use U-Haul it sure as heck won't be at this location.BRADLEY S.
