Pick up location had no internet connection. Spent an hour at nearby LCBO using their wifi. We weren't pleased about the situation at all.

MARCUS GAlthough the drop off location ratings were completed, they were only completed to be able to submit my review of the pick up location. They were not open at the time of drop off.
Lois PI was told trailer was outside I had to hook it up no one came out to look it over was never Given paperwork are never signed off on anything horrible service I also had to go 45 mins out of my way to drive for this trailer when I chose a different location for pick up
