The truck itself was old, the cab was not clean, and driving it was not a pleasant experience. The location and staff, however, were excellent.

I paid cash $100 cash up front for the rental. Then owed $6.57 when I turned it in. Paid cash for the $6.57 as well. They still charged my credit card the $6.57. Crooked!!
