Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe multi-step mobile verification process sucked. Having to go to the location and sit there for 20 minutes jumping through hoop after hoop just because it was after hours, needing someone else to verify who I was, "scanning" my ID twice. All of it was super annoying and frustrating. If I had known that it was going to take so long, I would have allocated more time, but no, I'm not doing anything important and time sensitive. I don't have anyone else waiting for me. I can just sit here for as long as it takes to have some nebulous person do some nebulous verification of some nebulous information. It's fine.
Camron DThe lady at the desk was not rude but not friendly . I had made a reservation over the phone and I have the U-Haul app . I uploaded my CC info my ID and I assumed I was ready to go because. Arrived later than appt time she cancelled the reservation and said I had to redo it . The new reservation was different price . I gave her the old reservation number because she asked as if she couldn’t see it . So when she pulled it up and saw it . She changed it but I didn’t have my physical lic because I thought I already did all that stuff I had my MD DMV ,TSA and verified Mobil wallet id and I had a picture . She told me NO you can do that . I ended up haven’t my daughter complete the reservation . It was a lot
NATASHA KSUPER APPRECIATE the customer care woman on the phone who walked me through the after hours return. I was having problems with the app and she was Fantastic and very patient. I was confused about where to leave the truck - out back with the other trucks or in front of the building for the next person to easily find it in the parking lot.
